ATOM Download Service - INSPIRE - Annex III - LU.SpatialPlan - Planned Land Use - Departement Omgeving: Stedenbouwkundige informatie - Contouren van ruimtelijke plannen:

Deze dataset bevat de definitief goedgekeurde digitale vectoriële versie van alle contouren van ruimtelijke plannen.

Deze contour betreft de geometrische omhullende van alle bevattende lagen van het plan. Er is conceptueel beslist om rondom eventuele lijnelementen die niet binnen een grondvlak voorkomen, een buffer te tekenen om toe te laten die op te nemen binnen de omhullende contour. Aan deze plancontourlaag worden de administratieve gegevens van het plan in de attributen opgenomen.

De plancontouren van lokale plannen zijn in deze datasetserie beschikbaar voor zover ze al zijn opgeladen door het betreffende gemeentebestuur, dat eigenaar is van de data en verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud.

Dit betekent dat elk commercieel of niet-commercieel hergebruik voor onbepaalde duur is toegelaten, zonder dat daar kosten aan verbonden zijn. Als enige gebruiksvoorwaarde geldt een bronvermeldingsplicht.

Dit gebruik is kosteloos.
